Ingredients
Directions
Take large mixing bowl add ½ cup maida and 3 tbsp corn flour, a cup of mixed vegetables, 1 chopped spring onion and salt to taste.
Combine and prepare a soft dough. Add little water if required.
Shape into lemon sized balls and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp ginger, 4 garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chillies. Sauté for a min.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and salt to taste.
Add 1 cup of water to it and when it boils add the corn paste and cook for a couple of min or till the sauce starts to thicken, stirring continuously.
Add fried vegetable balls,vinegar and mix well.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.
