Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder and 1/2 cup rava together. Keep aside.
Take a bowl mix 1 cup all purpose flour, salt to taste, 1 tbsp ghee then add water as needed to make a soft dough. Keep it for 15 min.
After 15 min knead the dough well and divide it into lemon-sized balls. Flatten each one into a circle.
Place a small spoon of the stuffing in the center.
Gently lift the edges and close it around the stuffing.
Dust a little maida on it and roll out again into thin rounds.
Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully.
Sweet Puri, Sanjeera or Sweet Kachori ready to serve.
