Slit the banana and peel the skin off from raw bananas. And keep the peeled bananas immersed in water to avoid discoloration.
For masala mix 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 2 tsp chaat masala, keep aside.
Heat sufficient coconut oil in a kadai. Hold the slicer over the hot oil and slice the bananas thin directly into the kadai.
Fry on medium flame until it turns crisp.
Drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil. After few minutes transfer banana chips in to bowl.
Sprinkle masala powder according to taste. Mix well. When the excess oil has been absorbed transfer the chips into an airtight container.
