Heat the ghee in a kadai and add the 1/2 cup sabudana. Keep stirring frequently to avoid burning, sabudana should puff double the size. Add 1 cup water and let it boil for 5 minutes or till the sabunda turns translucent.
Then Add 2 cups milk and 1 cup sugar, cook for some time in low flames.
Now Heat 1 tsp ghee in a small pan, add cashews and raisins fry till golden brown.
When the liquid thickens, add the roasted cashews, raisins and cardamom powder.
Sabudana Kheer is ready.
