Take 5 leftover chapati and roast on low flame until it turns crisp.
In a blender add chapati pieces and blend to a coarse powder.
Take a small pan heat 2 tbsp ghee, add few raisins, few chopped cashew and few chopped almond and fry on low flame until it turns golden brown.
Transfer the roasted nuts over chapati powder and mix.
In another pan take ¼ cup jaggery and 2 tbsp water. Stir and dissolve the jaggery.
Pour this jaggery syrup over chapati mixture. Add ¼ tsp cardamom powder. Mix well.
Now make medium-sized laddu from this mixture and enjoy tasty and healthy roti ke laddu or chapati ladoo.
