Steamed Kerala Banana

 4 Ripe nendran banana
 Water

Take 4 nendran bananas and cut both the ends.

Take some water in the cooker and heat it on a medium flame. Now take a tray, put the bananas in it and put inside the pressure cooker.

Cover with lid and steam it for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Do not put whistle over it.

Once it is cooked, take the banana from the flame and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Then peel and serve, hot or cold.
