Rava Vada | Instant Sooji Vada Recipe. Instant Rava Vada with Yoghurt and coconut. They are very tasty and easy to prepare. No soaking and grinding are required for this recipe.

Rava vada 1

 1 cup Bombay rava (fine)
 1 cup Coconut grated
 1 tsp Ginger
 2 Green chili chopped
 1 cup Curd
 1 tbsp Cashews chopped
 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
 A pinch of asafoetida
 Salt to taste

Take a bowl and add 1 cup rava, 1 cup grated coconut , 1 tsp ginger, 2 chopped green chili, 1 tbsp chopped cashews, coriander leaves, asafoetida, salt and 1 cup curd.

Mix well to form a dough. Add extra water or curd if required. If the dough turn watery add little more rava. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into small medium sized balls. Flatten each ball slightly.

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till they turn golden brown from both sides.

Drain over kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
