Rava Kheer

 1 l Milk
 ¾ cup Bombay rava (fine rava)
 ½ cup Sugar
 ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
 1 tsp Ghee
 1 tbsp Cashews
 Saffron
 1 tbsp Raisins

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a kadai, add cashews and raisins roast till golden brown and keep aside.

Now add 1 cup rava and roast until it becomes slightly brown in color.

Add 1 liter boiled milk, saffron and 1/2 cup sugar, stir continuously so no lumps form.

Cook till the kheer is semi-solid (or preferred consistency is reached).

Finally add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits.
