Potato Pakoda | Aloo Pakora | Potato Pakora Recipe | Aloo Bajji. Pakodas are everyone's favourite evening tea time snack. Learn how to make spicy and crispy potato pakoda with very basic ingredients.

Potato Pakoda 1

 2 Potato
 5 tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
 2 tbsp Rice flour
 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
 ½ tsp Chat masala
 A pinch of asafoetida
 Salt to taste
 Water
 Oil

Peel the skin of potato and slice thinly and rinse in cold water to remove off starch from potatoes.

In a bowl take 1 cup gram flour and 2 tbsp rice flour mix well.

Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chat masala, a pinch of asafoetida, salt to taste.

Make a thick batter with the adding water as required.

Dip each piece of potato in batter and coat it completely.

Heat oil in a kadai, fry these potato piece one by one till they turn golden brown.

Spicy and crispy potato pakoda ready to serve.
