Poha Laddu | Aval Laddu Recipe | Avalakki Laddu. The recipe is very easy to make without any complicated ingredients. Aval laddu is a simple delicious sweet made with rice flakes, jaggery and ghee.

Poha Laddu

 1 cup Poha (thin)
 2 tbsp Ghee
 1 cup Coconut grated
 1 cup Jaggery
 5 Cashews
 2 tbsp Raisins

Dry roast 2 cup thin poha on low flame for 10 minutes or until it turns crisp.

Cool completely then blend to a fine powder without adding any water. Keep aside.

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan add 1 cup grated coconut.

Roast on low flame until it turns dry and golden brown.

Now transfer to the blender and add 1 cup jaggery.

Blend it without adding any water.

Now heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast 5 cashews and 2 tbsp raisins. Pour the hot ghee over the flour then add ½ tsp cardamom powder.

Combine well with the help of a spoon.

Now prepare ball-sized laddu.
