Peanut Chutney Powder Recipe | Shenga Chutney Pudi | Kadlekai Chutney Pudi. This is a very popular chutney powder or chutney pudi recipe and is generally served along with dosa, idli, roti, and chapati. It is a dry chutney recipe prepared with coconut, red chilli and garlic. You can cook once and eat all month long or more than a month. It tastes spicy, sour and very yummy..

 ½ cup Peanuts
 8 Dry red chilli
 1 tbsp Fresh coconut grated or Dry coconut
 5 Garlic clove
 1 tsp Oil
 1 tsp Amchur powder or Tamarind
 Salt to taste
 Jaggery (optional)

Take a kadai add 1 tsp oil, ½ cup peanuts and 8 to 9 dry red chilli, fry 4 to 5 min on medium flame.

Add 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut or dry coconut, and again fry for a min.

Transfer all the fried ingredients into a blender and add 5 to 6 garlic, 1 tsp amchur powder, jaggery(optional) and salt to taste.

Grind to medium coarse powder.

Transfer to a container & store for a week or month.
