Neer Dosa Recipe | South Indian Dosa Recipe. Simple, easy and quick morning breakfast recipe prepared with rice. Neer Dosa, a popular and commonly made dosa variety in Karnataka, especially in Udipi and Mangalore region. Traditional neer dosa served with chutney and curry.

Neer Dosa

 1 cup Dosa rice
 ½ cup Coconut grated
 Salt to taste
 23 cups Water

Soak 1 cup rice for 5-6 hours.

After 6 hours drain off the water and transfer to blender then add ½ cup coconut, and 1/2 cup water.

Blend to smooth paste.

Now add and 2 cup water and salt to taste. Mix well.

Making sure the batter is thin watery consistency.

Now heat a tawa and sprinkle some oil.

Carefully pour the dosa batter over hot tawa. Cover and cook for a minute on medium flame. Do not cook neer dosa on both sides.

Serve neer dosa with sambar or chutney.
