Murmura Laddu | Mandakki Unde | Puffed Rice Laddu | Pori Urundai Recipe. Murmura Laddu sweet recipe made with puffed rice and melted jaggery syrup. Puffed Rice Laddu is crispy, delicious recipe can be prepared for any festival or as snacks for kids.

Murmura Laddu

 3 cups Puffed Rice
 1 tsp Ghee
 1 cup Jaggery

In a pan dry roast 3 cup puffed rice on low flame until turns crisp. Keep aside.
Now take a large kadai heat 1 tsp ghee and add 1 cup jaggery.

Stir continuously until the jaggery melts.

Check the consistency, by dropping syrup into a bowl of water, it should form a soft ball.

Now turn off the flame and add dry roasted puffed rice and mix gently.

Grease your hand with ghee and prepare laddu when the mixture is still warm.
