Mango -Banana Mixed Rasayana | Balehannu Mavina Hannina Rasayana. Rasayana is a delicious sweet recipe made with mango, banana and coconut milk or milk. It is a traditional dessert of Karnataka. Mango -Banana Mixed Rasayana is a best side dish for neer dosa, poori's, roti, chapathi, idli and even with thin poha.

Mango Banana Mixed Rasayana

 1 cup Ripe mango (peel and slice)
 ½ cup Banana (peel and slice)
 1 cup Coconut milk / Full cream milk
 ½ cup Sugar
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 A pinch of salt

Take a bowl add 1 cup ripe mango (peel and slice) and ½ cup banana (peel and slice).

Add ½ cup sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp cardamom powder.

Squeeze and mix well with your hands and keep it for 10 min.

Then add 1 cup coconut milk / full cream milk and mix them well.

Refrigerate the rasayana for 3-4 hours.
