Garlic Chutney | Lehsun Ki Chutney | Chutney For Dosa or Idli. This Garlic Chutney made with fresh garlic pods and red chillies. Serve this Garlic Chutney with dosa or idli.

Garlic Chutney 1

 2 Dried red chilli
 3 tsp Oil
 4 Garlic clove
 ¼ cup Coconut grated
 ½ tsp Salt
 Tamarind - small, lemon size
For tempering:
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Mustard seeds
 A pinch of asafoetida

In a small pan add 3 tsp oil, 4 garlic clove and 2 dried red chilli, saute for 2 min.

Now grind garlic clove, dried red chilli, ¼ cup grated coconut, tamarind and ½ tsp salt with little water.

In a small pan add 1 tbsp oil and splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds and a pinch of asafoetida. Pour the tempering over garlic chutney and mix well.
