Cucumber Pachadi | Kerala Style Cucumber Pachadi | Cucumber Curry | South Indian Cucumber Raita. A semi-spicy cucumber pachadi made in a typical South Indian style. Simple but very delicious.

Cucumber Pachadi 5

 3 Cucumber grated
 ½ cup Coconut grated
 2 Green chilli chopped
 1 tsp Lemon juice
 1 tbsp Ghee
 ½ tsp Mustard seeds
 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves
 Salt to taste

Grind the 1/2 cup grated coconut and 2 chopped green chilli in a blender until paste.

Take a bowl add 3 grated cucumbers, coconut paste, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt. Mix well.

Take a small pan and heat with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, when they start to crackle, remove from the flame.

And add to the cucumber mix. Garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Cucumber Pachadi is good to be served with Rice.
