Coconut Chutney | South indian Chutney | Dosa Chutney. This popular Indian coconut chutney best for dosa, idli, vada etc.. made with freshly grated coconut. Hotel style coconut chutney.

Coconut Chutney

 1 cup Coconut grated
 1 Onion small size
 1 Green chilli
 Salt to taste
 ¼ cup Water
For tempering:
 1 tsp Mustard seeds
 2 tbsp Oil

Take 1 cup grated coconut, 1 small size onion, salt to taste and 1 green chilli in a blender and add ½ cup water then blend to smooth paste.

For tempering: Take a small pan and heat with 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, when they start to crackle remove from the fire.
Now add to the coconut chutney.
