Carrot Burfi

 2 tbsp Ghee
 2 cups Carrot grated
 1 cup Milk
 ½ cup Sugar
 ½ cup Milk powder
 ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
 2 tbsp Almonds chopped

Take a large kadai heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast in 2 cups grated carrot. Fry for 5 minutes.

Then add 1 cup milk and stir well.

Boil till the carrot turns soft.

Now add ½ cup sugar and mix well till the sugar melts and thickens.

Add ½ cup milk powder and fry till mixture separates from pan.

Then add ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp almonds chopped and mix well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into greased plate and cut into square pieces.
