Capsicum Pakoda | Shimla Mirch Ke Pakore. Deep fried capsicum pakoda made with capsicums, coated in gram flour and spices. Shimla Mirch Ke Pakore yummy and easy spicy snack to enjoy with your evening tea.

 3 Capsicum
 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
 ¼ cup Rice flour
 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
 A pinch of turmeric powder
 1 tsp Cumis seeds
 A pinch of asafoetida
 Salt to taste

Take a bowl add 1 cup gram flour, 1 cup rice flour 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of turmeric powder, a pinch of asafoetida and salt.

Add little water, mix it well to make smooth thick batter.

Now cut the capsicum lengthwise.

Heat oil in a kadai, dip the pieces one by one. Deep fry in oil till golden brown. Spicy Capsicum Pakoda ready to serve.
