Cabbage Manchurian main

 2 cups Cabbage chopped
 ½ cup All purpose flour (Maida)
 2 tbsp Corn flour
 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
 ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Water
 Oil
 2 Garlic cloves chopped
 1 tsp Ginger chopped
 ½ Capsicum chopped
 ½ Onion chopped
 1 Green chilli chopped
 1 tsp Chilli flakes
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
 ¼ tsp Pepper crushed
 ¼ tsp Salt

Take a bowl add 2 cup chopped cabbage, ½ cup all purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.

Add 2 tbsp water and prepare a soft dough.

Make small manchurian size balls.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry these balls until golden brown and crisp. Drain off the fried cabbage balls over kitchen paper and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a pan add 2 chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, ½ chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, ½ chopped capsicum and sauté well.

Add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ¼ tsp pepper crushed and ¼ tsp salt.

Again sauté on high flame till the sauce thickens.

And finally add fried cabbage balls and mix gently.

Serve hot.
