Besan Laddu | Besan Ladoo Recipe | Besan Ke Laddu is a popular Indian sweet made from gram flour. Besan Ladoo is a popular sweet made for Diwali & special occasions. For this recipe you need just a few ingredients such as gram flour, ghee, and sugar to make these amazing melt-in-the-mouth dessert balls.

Besan Laddu

 ½ cup Ghee
 2 cups Besan or Gram flour
 1 cup Powdered sugar
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 Few cashew chopped

Take a kadai heat ½ cup ghee and add 2 cup besan.

Roast on low flame until the besan is well combined with ghee.

If the mixture turns dry, add a tbsp of more ghee.

After 10 to 15 min, the besan starts to release ghee. Continue to roast until the besan turns golden brown.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp cardamom powder.

Take a small pan add chopped cashews and fry in ghee.

Add this cashews to the roasted besan ghee mixture. Mix well make sure everything is well combined.

Now prepare a ball-sized ladoo. You can enjoy besan laddu for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
