Banana Rasayana | Balehannu Rasayana Recipe | Mangalore Style Banana Rasayana. Banana Rasayana is a popular traditional dessert from Karnataka. It is usually served with neer dosa. You can also serve this with thin poha.

Banana Rasayana

 12 Bananas small
 1 cup Milk (full cream) or coconut milk
 5 tbsp Sugar
 A pinch of salt
 A pinch of cardamom powder

Chop the bananas into small pieces and keep aside.

Now take a bowl add chopped bananas, 5 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and mix it well.

Add 1 cup milk and cardamom powder to the chopped bananas and mix well.

Banana rasayana is ready.

How to make coconut milk:

Take 1 cup of fresh grated coconut and grind it to smooth paste with little water.
Squeeze and extract the coconut milk from the grated coconut.
