Banana Pakora | Banana Podi | Banana Bajji | Kerala Style Ripe Banana Pakora. This Kerala style Ripe Banana Pakora recipe is a perfect snack recipe which can be coupled with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Banana Pakoda 1

 4 Ripe Banana (Nendra Banana)
 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
 ½ cup Rice flour
 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 A pinch of turmeric powder
 Salt to taste
 Oil

Cut the banana lengthwise into two or three and keep aside.

Take a bowl mix together 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste and water together into a smooth batter.

Dip banana pieces in this batter.

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry to golden brown. Kerala style Ripe Banana Pakora ready.
