Baby Corn Pakoda Recipe | Sweet Corn Pakoda | Baby Corn Fritters. Baby Corn Pakoda is a tasty evening snack recipe, coated with masala paste. Every one young and old just love these fritters.

 10 Baby corns
 2 tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
 2 tbsp Cornflour
 2 tsp Ginger / Garlic paste
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 Salt to taste

Cut the baby corns lengthwise into two and keep aside.

In a bowl, add 2 tbsp gram flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp ginger / garlic paste.

Mix well with ½ cup water to form a smooth paste.

Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry in hot oil, till crisp and golden.

Finally, serve Baby Corn Pakoda with tomato sauce.
