Aloo Paratha main

For dough:
 2 cups Wheat flour
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Oil
 Water
For stuffing:
 4 Potato
 1 tsp Ginger
 1 tsp Chilli powder
 ½ tsp Cumin powder
 ½ tsp Garam masala
 ½ tsp Aamchur powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 Few curry leaves
How to make aloo paratha dough:

Take a bowl add 2 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. Add water as required and start to knead. Make smooth and soft dough.

Now grease oil and rest for 15 minutes.

Aloo paratha stuffing:

In a bowl take 4 potato (boiled & mashed), 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp salt and few curry leaves.

Mix well and divide the aloo paratha filling into 8 to 10 equal portions.

How to make aloo paratha:

Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a spiced potato ball in the center.

Next gather the sides of the paratha dough and bring them together.

Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll it gently applying very little pressure.

Now heat a tawa and place the filled aloo paratha. Allow it to cook on medium heat also, brush oil / ghee.

Flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked, again brush oil / ghee. Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

Now transfer to a plate and serve with raita.
