Raw Jackfruit Dosa Recipe | Halasinakayi Dose. Halasinakayi Dose is prepared using rice, coconut and raw jackfruit. Remove the seeds from the jackfruit and keep aside.
Rinse and soak 1 cup rice for 2 - 3 hours.
Take soaked rice, 1 cup jackfruit and 2 tbsp grated coconut in a blender.
Grind it into a fine batter by adding required water.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Now heat a tawa and sprinkle some ghee.
Pour a ladle of dosa batter in the center. Spread the batter from the center in a circular motion to make a circle.
Close the lid and allow it to cook. Once done, open the lid and drizzle some ghee.
Enjoy raw jackfruit dosa with honey or chutney.
