Slit the banana and peel the skin off from raw bananas. And keep the peeled bananas immersed in water to avoid discoloration.
Take 1/2 cup water, add 2 tbsp salt and mix. Keep a side.
Now Heat sufficient coconut oil in a kadai. Hold the slicer over the hot oil and slice the bananas thin directly into the kadai.
Fry on medium flame until it turns crisp.
Now sprinkle ½ tsp salt water over the oil carefully and wait till the water evaporates.
Remove the fried banana chips on a tray and immediately sprinkle powdered sugar. Mix well, raw banana sweet chips ready to serve.
