Take a kadai, add 2 tbsp ghee and roast cashews, raisins on low flame. keep aside.
In the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup bombay rava and pinch of salt, roast for 5 min in low flame till rava starts giving a nice aroma.
Now add 2 cup boiled water slowly, stirring continuously.
The rava will absorb all the water and turns a lump-free mixture.
Now add 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup ghee and saffron, mix well.
Then add cashew, raisins and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Again Mix well.
Rava Sheera or Rava Halwa is ready to serve.
