Rava Kodubale Recipe | Ring Murukku Recipe. It is one of the traditional or Kannada cuisine recipe made of rava, coconut and Dried red chili. For masala take ¼ cup coconut, ½ tsp cumin seeds, and 4 dried red chilli in a blender and blend to smooth paste adding water as required.
Now transfer the prepared masala paste in to the bowl. Add 1 cup bombay rava, a pinch of asafoetida and salt to taste.
Knead the dough well and make soft dough.
Now take a small sized dough and roll it in your palms then seal the edges, similarly make the all kodubale and arrange it. If you are unable to roll, then add a tsp of more rava and knead the dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and drop the kodubale in hot oil in batches and fry them till they turn golden brown.
Enjoy kodubale, or store in an airtight container for 10-15 days.
