Rava Dhokla | Suji ka Dhokla | Instant Dhokla. Dhokla, a popular Gujarati dish that can be enjoyed any time of the day. Ingredients

Take a bowl add 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp sugar and salt to taste.
Add 1 cup rava and 1 cup curd mix well to form a thick batter. Rest for 30 minutes.
Add water as required and mix well. Get the dhokla to idli batter consistency. Now add eno fruit salt, mix gently.
Transfer to the greased plate.
Steam the dhokla batter for 10 minutes on medium flame or till the dhokla gets cooked completely.
Prepare the tempering, take a small pan heat 2 tsp oil add 1 tsp mustard seeds and few curry leaves saute for a min. Now spread the tempering over dhokla.
Also sprinkle grated coconut.
