Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Add water in batches as per need and mix well to prepare a thin batter. Rest for 5 min.
Heat the tawa on medium flame and add a few drops of oil. Then pour the paratha mixture on the tawa and cook from both sides by applying some oil or ghee.
Liquid dough paratha ready to serve with any side dish.
