Palak Paneer | Paneer Recipe | North Indian Style Palak Paneer. Healthy, nutritious & delicious palak paneer, North Indian style palak paneer and is typically served with tandoor roti & naan.
Ingredients
Directions
Take a pan and heat with 1 tsp oil. Add 4 green chilli, spinach and 1/2 tsp sugar, Sauté 2 min.
Then switch off the stove. Leave it to cool.
Then blend to smooth paste without adding any water. Keep aside.
Now take a pan heat 3 tsp ghee roast 15 cubes of paneer to golden brown and keep aside.
In the same pan add 1 chopped onion, fry till translucent. Add 1 chopped tomato and sauté till the tomato turn soft, then add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp coriander powder. Sauté 2 min.
Now add spinach paste, a pinch of turmeric powder and 1 tbsp cashew nut powder. Combine well and add little amount of water.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 10 mins.
Just before switch off the stove add fried paneer cubes. Mix well.
