Navratan Korma | Vegetable Korma. Navratan Korma is a rich, creamy side dish served with tandoori roti, naan, chapatis or parathas.
Ingredients
Directions
Heat some ghee in a frying pan, add 1/4 cup dry fruits to it and fry for a minute on medium heat. Keep a side.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion puree, ginger, garlic paste, sauté for a minute. Add salt, sugar, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 cup tomato puree and 1/4 cup fried dry fruits. Stir well and cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes.
Add 1 cup milk bring it to boil in medium heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick.
Now add 175 gm paneer to the gravy and stir well.
Then add 3 cups boiled vegetables to the above gravy and cook for 6 min.
Navratan korma is ready.
