Heat 1 cup ghee in a pan, add 2 cups gram flour and fry it over low heat until light brown.
Take a heavy bottomed pan or kadai, add 2 cups sugar and 1 cups water and cook until it becomes sticky syrup.
Now add fried gram flour to sugar syrup and put over medium heat, stir continuously.
Add the remaining ghee and mix well. When the mixture starts leaving the side, take it out and spread into a greased tray.
After 5 minutes cut into pieces as desired. After 30 minutes separate the pieces.
Mysore Pak is ready.
