Mirchi Bajji Recipe | Chilli Pakora | Menasinakai Bajji. Spicy and savoury snack recipe made with green chillies. It is a perfect evening snack with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients

Take long green chilli and slit at the centre. Remove the seeds from the centre without breaking the chilli. (It helps to reduce the spiciness of the bajji) Keep a side.
Now prepare the batter
Take 2 cup besan and 2 tbsp rice flour in mixing bowl. Add ¼ tsp ajwain, ¼ tsp baking soda and salt to taste. Mix well. Now add ½ cup of water and prepare a lump free thick batter.
Now dip the green chilli and coat it with besan batter completely. Take a kadai, heat oil, drop the green chilli one by one and deep fry on medium flame.
Fry until the bajjis turn crisp and golden brown. Spicy Menasinakai Bajji is ready to serve.
