In a heavy bottomed pan add ghee and when ghee is hot add cashews and raisins, sauté the causes till they change golden brown.. Keep aside.
In a same pan add 1/2 cup macaroni sauté for 30 seconds.
Then add 3 cup milk and cook the pasta.
Then add corn flour dissolved in a tablespoon of water and add it to the payasam.
Kheer boils well and comes together, add 1 tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of salt and ½ cup sugar.
Mix it well. Finally add roasted cashews and raisins and let the payasam cook for 5 min.
Switch off and serve immediately or chill for few hours and serve cold.
