Directions
Grind 1 cup ripe jackfruit and ¼ cup jaggery and make jackfruit paste. Keep aside.
Now take a bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour (maida), ¼ cup jaggery, jackfruit paste, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cumin seeds and salt to taste.
Mix well and make a soft dough. Grease the dough with oil, cover and rest for 7-8 hours.
After 7-8 hours, knead the dough slightly.
Now divide the dough into equal portions and dust with some maida and roll slightly thick than puri.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the buns on both sides till jackfruit buns turns dark golden brown in color.
