Home Made Avocado Ice Cream | Avocado Ice Cream With Custard Powder. This avocado ice cream recipe is made with just four ingredients. This recipe is super easy to make and contains NO eggs! Ingredients

Take a small bowl mix 2 tbsp custard powder and 3 tbsp cold milk. Make a smooth mixture that has no lumps. Keep aside.
Slice open the avocados, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. Put the avocados in a blender and blend until smooth. Keep aside.
Now take a kadai add 2 cup of milk and add ¾ cup sugar, begin to heat, stirring occasionally.
Keeping the flame on low and add prepared custard milk.
Stir continuously, else milk curdles.
Keep stirring till the milk thickens well. Now add avocado paste mix it well. Keep aside to cool completely.
Transfer the prepared mixture into airtight container and freeze for 8 hours.
After 8 hours remove from the freezer and again blend this mixture for 2 min.
Transfer the mixture into airtight container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or till it sets completely.
