Take a kadai add 1 cup wheat flour and ½ cup ghee.
Roast on low flame, until the flour turns aromatic. Remove from the flame.
Add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and ½ cup jaggery.
Mix well until the jaggery melts and combined well. (The heat of wheat flour is enough for jaggery to melt).
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and garnish with almond.
Rest until it sets well. Cut to square pieces with sharp knife.
