Green Peas Potli | Matar Potli Recipe. These Green Peas Potli Recipe makes a great evening snacks along with Tea or Coffee. This recipe is prepared using all purpose flour and filled with green peas.

Directions
Crush green peas.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped onion and sauté till the onions turn golden brown, add crushed peas and salt.
Mix and cook for a 3 min. Add 1tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder.
Again sauté for 2 min. Add coriander leaves, mix and leave aside to cool.
Take a bowl, add 1 ½ cups all purpose flour and salt mix well. Add 1 tsp ghee and sufficient water to knead into stiff dough.
Divide the dough into twelve portions and roll into balls. Press each ball slightly in hand and apply water on it, place the stuffing in the center. Add grated cheese. Pleat up the edges and gather on top twisting slightly.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the potlis till golden.
