Grind 2 green chili, 1 tsp ginger and 5 garlic to a fine paste. Keep aside.
Dip the bread slices in water, remove them immediately and squeeze them.
Mix bread slices, masala paste, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into small medium sized balls.
Flatten each ball slightly, put a little cheese in the center and roll into a ball again.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and start dropping one by one balls then deep fry on medium flame till they turn into golden brown.
