Ingredients

Take a steamer and steam 3 potato. Peel the skin and mash it.
Take a pan and heat with 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad daal, when they start to crackle add curry leaves, 1 tsp ginger, 2 chopped green chilli, 2 chopped onion and sauté till translucent.
Now add the mashed potato, salt to taste and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix well and remove from fire.
Make small balls with it. Keep a side.
Take a bread and remove the edges (roasted portions) of the bread.
Dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off the excess water.
Now place the potato balls with the bread pieces and roll to a round shape.
Then fry in hot oil till done.
