Slit the banana and peel the skin off from raw bananas. And keep the peeled bananas immersed in water to avoid discoloration.
Take 1/2 cup water, add 2 tbsp salt and mix. Keep a side.
Now heat sufficient coconut oil in a kadai. Hold the slicer over the hot oil and slice the bananas thin directly into the kadai.
Fry on medium flame until it turns crisp.
Now sprinkle 1tsp salt water over the oil carefully and wait till the water evaporates.
Drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Then transfer the chips into an airtight container.
