Banana Bun | Mangalore Buns | Banana Puri. Banana Buns are sweet and soft, fluffy and delicious buns prepared using overripe bananas.
Ingredients

First mash the 5 ripe banana. Do not blend banana in mixi.
Now add 2 tbsp sugar, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of baking soda and 1/2 cup curd.
Now add 2 cup all purpose flour and prepare dough.
Grease the dough with a tsp of oil. Cover and rest in warm place for 8 hours.
After 8 hours knead the dough slightly and divide it into lemon-sized balls. Flatten each one into a circle. Let it be slightly thick.
Heat oil in a kadai and drop one by one puri and deep fry in medium heat. Mangalore Buns is ready. Serve with sambar.
