Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee and 2 apple (peeled and diced), sauté on medium flame for 2 min or until the apple is cooked well. Keep aside.
Take a small pan add 1 tsp ghee, raisins and cashews, fry for a minute.
Now boil 1 litre milk in a kadai. Add corn flour paste and mix well. (Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 2-3 tablespoons of cold water to make a corn flour paste)
Then add 5 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, fried dry fruits and saffron, mix well and boil on a medium flame.
Remove from the flame. Then allow the milk to cool completely. Now add cooked apple and mix well. Make sure both apple and milk is to room temperature, else there are chances of milk to curdle.
