Take a kadai add 2 cup water, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and keep it for boiling.
Now add 2 cup rice flour and give a quick mix.
Once the water is well absorbed then switch off the stove.
Transfer the rice flour mixture to a large bowl. Once the dough is warm, knead it very well.
Now pinch and take big lemon sized dough and make a soft flat ball.
Dust the flour and roll the flat balls into thin rotis.
Now transfer the rolled roti to a hot tawa.
Once you start seeing the small bubbles, flip the roti and cook on the other side. Now place on the flame directly, and allow to puff up.
Akki ubbu rotti or rice flour roti ready to serve.
